Hiyas. I am actually ret for leveling purposes, however I would like to run random dungeons regularly and would just like to know whether or not it is ok to tank as ret at this level? I'd be tanking mostly SM LIB/CATH/ARM as ret i believe. I will definitely be going prot once i am able to duel spec, however for the moment i have chosen the best spec for my faster leveling/solo/questing needs.

It can be done I did full ret till 45 then respeced prot

yes specially because tanking as a low lv prot can get boring, prot gets all its main spells later on and becomes fun at high lvs
