I've created a new paladin tank forum that is hopefully easier to use then my previous attempt. This new forum is broken into 7 easy to browse categories.

Anyone can post for free under the guest account, but I would love to see everyone register a pally tank account and start posting on the forum!

I've finnaly updated the Paladin Talents sections to provide an easy way for everyone to view good paladin tank specs.

Check out a list of any paladin loot that drops out of any northrend instance. This list shows what pally items drop from heroic or regular instances and easily allows you to search for gear.

I will be adding more gear from Naxx, Ulduar and Trails soon.

Some people use Seal of Righteous, however I've found that Seal of Vengeance will provide better threat and allow you start building threat faster on multiple monsters when used in combination with Hammer of the Righteous.

IDEAL PALLY TANK PROFESSION: Blacksmithing, Jewelcrafting

• Blacksmithing for extra sockets
• Jewelcrafting for fancy gems.

CHEAPEST: Mining, Jewelcrafting

• Mining is free to level (save your mats)
• Jewelcrafting for the fancy gems.

MY CHARACTER: Enchanting / Engineering

I went with Enchanting (for the +30 stam ring enchants) and Engineering because I wanted a Helicopter. Engineers also get a glove enchant that is pretty nice, 885 armor. However, as a Pally tank you really want to stack stam so Jewelcrafting would be a better choice.

A lot of paladins ask what stat is the best for tanking? Truth be told, its stamnia. You do want to first focus on getting 540 defense so you can become uncritable from bosses. Once your at 540, start stacking stam!

• STAMNIA


• STAMNIA


• STAMNIA

Other Helpful Stats:

• Defense
• Strength
• Agility

Remember, 540 defense and stamnia are all you need to be a successful pally tank.
